Game porting

Our company brings your game to new platforms: quickly, efficiently, without interfering with its mechanics, making full use of the features and user experience provided by the target platforms.

The transfer process

Step 1
We analyze the platforms you want to port to and their game requirements in terms of performance, SDKs, controls, and other technical limitations.

Step 2
We examine your game’s source code to determine the best approach for porting. As part of this step, we:

Determine if we can use your current codebase for porting, or if it would be better to rewrite and adapt it for target platforms to simplify the process.
Study your existing art assets and figure out if we need to optimize them for the target platforms.
Examine any third-party SDKs, server solutions, and other architectural elements to see if they are compatible with the target platforms.

Step 3
Start porting. This step is often done in cycles, depending on the complexity of the project, so that we can prototype individual game elements and step by step integrate controls, make vertical slices, release demos, etc., to make sure everything works properly.

Step 4
We send the game to the target platform for internal verification by the platform owners.
